Virgin Atlantic Airways Activation

Virgin Atlantic Airways sponsored the Annual Charity Ball organized by the British High Commission on the evening of Saturday 5th November 2016. The event was the major fundraiser for the BHC Charity Fund and all proceeds from the event were contributed to specific educational and training projects run by the NGOs they support.

Two Virgin Atlantic Upper-Class tickets were auctioned for Charity.

For this, WOW Events was trusted to create a brand zone with fun activities to engage with all 350 guests present at the event. This zone primarily showcased Virgin Atlantic in all its flair. We used IDA – an Immersive Digital Adventure, which takes you on a 4D journey through Upper-Class experience. (The guided tour was viewed through a headset and is enhanced through the use of narration, with the journey brought to life using a high-resolution 360-degree video as a part of an overall physical service experience). The guest was also engaged in Click & Share Selfie Activity.
