Product Launch Event Management Company

Launches built around what your product does

A launch has one job: make the right people understand, remember and talk about a product. That means the event has to be designed around the product’s key selling points, not around a generic stage and a curtain drop.

WOW Events Pvt. Ltd. has designed and executed product launches since 2008 for smartphones, consumer electronics, two-wheelers, cement and building materials, and lifestyle brands. Our in-house team — concept, design, AV content, copy and production — turns a product brief into a reveal, a set of experience zones and content that keeps working after the day ends.

Types of launch we plan

Media and press launches. Press conference format, product reveal, spokesperson Q&A, photo-op moments and a demo area for journalists.

Influencer and KOL launches. Smaller, experience-led events where every station shows a feature worth filming — as with Motorola Edge 50 Pro. We also managed Motorola’s KOL & Media Meet 2026 in Phuket for 60+ KOLs and media.

Dealer and trade launches. For B2B and durables brands, the dealer is the first customer. We combine the launch with a dealer meet so partners see, touch and understand the product, then leave with schemes and targets. See dealer meet organiser.

Multi-city and roadshow launches. One creative, many cities: Tecno across Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru; Hitachi iClean in 12 cities. A central production kit and a city-wise crew keep the experience consistent.

Celebrity-led launches. Ambassador reveals and appearances with rider, security and media management — Lava with Kartik Aaryan; JK Lakshmi Cement’s IPL jersey launches with Rajasthan Royals.

Hybrid and live-streamed launches. Stream the reveal to customers, dealers or employees who can’t be in the room. We streamed the Lava launch on the brand’s YouTube channel and ran a virtual product launch for Orient Electric.

What makes a launch work

  1. Start with the KSPs. We list the three to five things the audience must remember and design one moment or zone around each.
  2. Design the reveal. The unveiling — light, sound, AV and stage mechanics — is choreographed and rehearsed so it lands on cue.
  3. Make it hands-on. Experience zones let media and influencers try the product themselves; what they try, they post.
  4. Make content for after the event. Thematic AVs, anamorphic LED content and photo moments give your PR and social teams material for weeks.
  5. Rehearse everything. Cue-to-cue tech runs, spokesperson rehearsals and backup plans for demos.

Our launch process

  • Week 1 — Brief and concept: objectives, audience, KSPs, embargo dates; theme and reveal concept with 3D visuals.
  • Planning: venue, guest list and RSVPs, media and influencer coordination with your PR agency, celebrity management.
  • Production: stage, LED, lighting, sound, experience zones, branding and AV content built in-house.
  • Launch day: tech rehearsal, show calling, demo staff briefing, guest management.
  • After: photos and highlight video for your channels.

Planning time depends on the format: a single-city media launch and a multi-city programme need different runways, so share your launch date with us as early as you can.
