1. Brief. Audience, headcount, date, city, number of categories and a budget band.
2. Concept. Theme, stage visuals and a draft run of show with time allotted to every category.
3. Award data lock. Nominee and winner lists, name spellings, photos and citations, with a lock date agreed up front.
4. Production and script. Winner graphics, walk-up music, the anchor script and presenter cue cards.
5. Rehearsal. Presenters, walk-ups, AV playback and the trophy order, run on the actual stage.
6. Show night. A show caller, a backstage team for winners and trophies, and guest management front of house.
7. After the event. Photos, winner clips and a highlight film you can share internally.

What does an award night event management company do?

We plan and run the whole evening: theme, venue, stage and AV production, award categories and scripting, trophies, winner movement, entertainment, hospitality and show calling on the night.

Do you organise award ceremonies in Delhi NCR?

Yes. Our teams work from New Delhi and Gurugram. We have produced award nights at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity and Andaz Aerocity, and we work with hotels and convention venues across Delhi, Gurugram and the wider NCR.

Can you organise an award night outside Delhi or overseas?

Yes. We help structure categories, collect nominee data, write citations and source and engrave trophies. Jury decisions and the final winner list stay with you.

How long should a corporate award night be?

It depends on the number of categories and what else is on the programme. We time every category in the run of show and split awards into short blocks with entertainment in between, so the evening keeps its energy.

Can the awards be part of our annual day, conference or dealer meet?

Yes. Many clients add an awards segment to an annual day, a summit or a dealer meet. Airtel, for example, combined a business meet by day with an awards night in the evening.

Can you run a virtual or hybrid award ceremony?

Yes. For the Orient Electric All India Sales Excellence Awards 2020 we ran a virtual R&R and product launch, with F&B delivered to guests at home in more than 91 cities.
